Student Poster Contest
The poster contest will take place on May 6, 2026 during the evening poster session at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in the Garden House. If your poster will be included in the student poster contest, please email a PDF of your poster to Mike Rugge (ruggem@fiu.edu) by April 15, 2026. Before the poster session, we will project your poster while you give a 60-second synopsis of your poster. The evening poster session will include printed versions of each poster.
Poster template
You can use the FCE poster template if you are developing a new poster. Otherwise you can use a poster recently presented at another meeting.
- Posters should be 52 inches (width) by 34 inches (height) or smaller when cut.
- Poster space is limited to approximately 26 posters.

If you request FCE funds to print your poster through Thomas Printworks, please see the printing deadlines below.
Please send a PDF of your poster to Mike Rugge (ruggem@fiu.edu) by April 15. Our goal is to have these posters delivered to FIU by May 3, and we can bring these posters to the reception and the meeting.
