- Ameriflux
The AmeriFlux network provides continuous observations of ecosystem level exchanges of CO2, water, energy and momentum spanning diurnal, synoptic, seasonal, and interannual time scales and is currently composed of sites from North America, Central America, and South America. AmeriFlux is part of a "network of regional networks" (FLUXNET) which coordinates regional and global analysis of observations from micrometeorological tower sites.
- Everglades Cooperative Invasive Species Management Areas (CISMA)
The Everglades Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area is a partnership between agencies, groups, and individuals who manage invasive species. The website provides distribution maps and information about invasive species in the Everglades region.

- Everglades Depth Estimation Network (EDEN)
The Everglades Depth Estimation Network is an integrated network of real-time water-level monitoring, ground-elevation modeling, and water-surface modeling that provides scientists and managers with current (1999-present), on-line water-depth information for the entire freshwater portion of the Greater Everglades.
- NASA: Goddard's LiDAR, Hyperspectral & Thermal Imager (G-LiHT)
Goddard's LiDAR, Hyperspectral & Thermal Imager (G-LiHT) data from NASA includes LiDAR data from Everglades National Park.
- NOAA Atlantic Oceanographic & Meteorological Laboratory (AOML) Hurricane Research Division (HRD): Hurricane Data
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Hurricane Research Division has a variety of data sets that have been collected during their annual Hurricane Field Program. This consists mostly of data collected by NOAA aircraft flying into and around hurricanes, but also includes wind field analyses, land-based radar loops, and data archived from U.S. Air Force reconnaissance flights.
- NOAA Tides & Currents: Sea Level Trends
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Tides and Currents, managed by the Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (CO-OPS), is the portal to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's vast collection of oceanographic and meteorological data (historical and real-time), predictions, and nowcasts and forecasts.
- South Florida Water Management District DBHYDRO Browser
DBHYDRO is the South Florida Water Management District's corporate environmental database which stores hydrologic, meteorologic, hydrogeologic and water quality data. This database is the source of historical and up-to-date environmental data for the 16-county region covered by the District. The DBHYDRO Browser allows you to search DBHYDRO, using one or more criteria, and to generate a summary of the data from the available period of record.
- South Florida Water, Sustainability and Climate (SFWSC)
The South Florida Water, Sustainability and Climate Project seeks to develop hydrological and economic criteria for evaluating current and future water use and provide new insights into the value of water resources in south Florida.
- Southeast Environmental Research Center (SERC) Water Quality Monitoring Network
The function of the SERC Water Quality Monitoring Network is to address regional water quality concerns that exist outside the boundaries of individual political entities. Biscayne Bay, Florida Bay & Whitewater Bay, Ten Thousand Islands, and Marco-Pine Island Sound were sampled monthly, while the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and the Southwest Florida Shelf are sampled quarterly. Data summary maps are produced on a quarterly basis by integrating the individual projects into one data file for that month sampled.
- USGS Global Fiducials Imagery Library (GFL)
The U.S. Geological Service Global Fiducials Imagery Library is a long-term archive of images from U.S. National Imagery Systems which represents a long-term periodic record for selected scientifically important sites.
- USGS South Florida Hydrology Data
The U.S. Geological Survey South Florida Hydrology Data page provides hydrology data from the Everglades Land-Margin Ecosystem Stations and South Florida Hydrology Stations.
- USGS Water Data for Florida
The U.S. Geological Survey Water Data for Florida website provides access to water-resources data collected throughout Florida. The USGS investigates the occurrence, quantity, quality, distribution, and movement of surface and underground waters and disseminates the data to the public, State and local governments, public and private utilities, and other Federal agencies involved with managing our water resources.
- USGS ScienceBase
USGS's ScienceBase contains data collected by USGS scientists, including over 60 datasets pertaining to the Everglades.
- Wetlandscape Change Information Database (WetCID)
The Wetlandscape Change Information Database (WetCID) contains geographic, hydrological, hydroclimate and land-use information from 27 wetlandscapes, including the Everglades, from around the world.
- Miscellaneous Data
There are many important links to other sources of Everglades data found on websites operated by various agencies such as the South Florida Water Management District, U.S. Geological Survey and the Southeast Environmental Research Center. These data are not incorporated in the FCE LTER data archive or databases but they still may facilitate our research at the Florida Coastal Everglades LTER Program. We've compiled a few links for some of those important sources.
