Description:
Valve triangular with straight or slightly concave margins and acutely or obtusely rounded apices, 25-65µm long. Surface convex at the center and angles, apices separated by short furrows indistinctly elevated above the valve face level. Valve face areolated, areole circularly-rectangular in the middle, distribted irregularly, towards the margins forming radial rows, 5 in 10µm, at the apices 12-15 in 10µm.
