This Project carried out flux collections in Taylor River and Trout and McCormick creeks, measurements in the upper part of Taylor River and Little Madeira Bay, forest primary productivity and soil salinity studies. Flume set-ups, one near the mouth and another in the upper Taylor River were also carried out. These experiments were carried out in Florida Bay at the above mentioned areas by scientists of Louisiana State University and Florida International University to look at nutrient dynamics in the water column and river bank fringe forest productivity.
