Acknowledging FCE LTER support
FCE Projects: It is anticipated that collaborators working on FCE projects will produce one
or more unique publications each year. Three criteria define an FCE LTER Project:
(1) the work is funded by the NSF FCE LTER grant, or
(2) the work occurs at one or more FCE LTER sites or uses FCE LTER data, or
(3) the funded grant cited the FCE LTER program in the proposal or included a FCE letter of support.
These publications should acknowledge the FCE-LTER using the following statement: "This material is based upon work supported by the National Science Foundation through the
Florida Coastal Everglades Long-Term Ecological Research program under Grant No. DEB-9910514
[for work from 2000-2006] and Grant No. DBI-0620409 [for work from 2007-2012]."
FCE-Related Projects: Most FCE collaborators are involved in many other Everglades projects that do not receive tangible resources from the FCE-LTER program, yet address FCE research questions and benefit from cross-dissemination of ideas through FCE collaboration. These publications resulting from these collaborations should acknowledge the influence of FCE using the following statement: "This material was developed in collaboration with the Florida Coastal Everglades Long-Term
Ecological Research program under National Science Foundation Grant No. DEB-9910514
[for work from 2000-2006] and Grant No. DBI-0620409 [for work from 2007-2012]."
