Oscar Site Role: RESSt Intern (2006-present) Mentor scientist: Dr. Serge Thomas Projects: Oscar began working with Dr. Thomas during the summer of 2006. He is currently isolating several different algae species that will then grow in pure cultures for use in another experiment. Oscar's work is important because those algae will then be used in another experiment that will help Dr. Thomas identify many of the different algae species found throughout Florida Bay.
