Description:
Valve is very narrow, linear-lanceolate, with very narrow, somewhat attenuated to rounded ends; pseudoraphe or central area is lanceolate; striae is continuous throughout the valve; length is 30-55µm, breadth is 1.7-3µm; striae count is 22-24 in 10µm
