FCE Dataset Version Information
A version extension (.v1, .v2, …) is add to a FCE file name when researchers are updating data files that were submitted to the Information Manager (e.g. observational/monitoring data) at some previous date. Updates can include appended data, insertion of missing data values, and changes to incorrect original data values. The file naming protocol is as follows:

1) LT_PP_Doe_001 - Original data file submitted to FCE Information Manager
2) LT_PP_Doe_001.v1 - First update to the original file submitted to FCE Information Manager
3) LT_PP_Doe_001.v2 - Second update to the original file submitted to FCE Information Manager

By default, the FCE Data Table of Contents will initially display the newest versions of data but there is a search criteria selection called 'Dataset Version' whereby individual may select newest, old, or all FCE data.
