    Painting from 'In Deep with Diatoms' exhibit "In Deep with Diatoms" Exhibit at FIU's Frost Art Museum
    The "In Deep with Diatoms" exhibit features paintings of diatoms by the Tropical Botanic Artists and diatom sculptures by Xavier Cortada. The artists worked closely with Dr. Evelyn Gaiser's Periphyton Lab while preparing the exhibit. The exhibit will be on display from February 3-22, 2015.     Miami 2100: Envisioning a Resilient Second Century Effects of Everglades Restoration on Sea Level Rise Resilience in Urban Miami
    Dr. Evelyn Gaiser gave a lecture entitled "Effects of Everglades Restoration on Sea Level Rise Resilience in Urban Miami" (view the PDF) at the Coral Gables Museum on January 15, 2015 as part of their "Miami 2100: Envisioning a Resilient Second Century" exhibition, which runs through March 1, 2015.
