Students/Staff:
Load poster frames
Transport poster frames from FIU-MMC to FIU-BBC by 7:40am on March 15.
Help with meeting setup on March 15 from 7:45 - 9:00am.
Help with lunches for students on March 15.
Help set up snacks for the poster session on March 15 from 4:30 - 5:30pm.
Setup and tend bar during the poster session.
(Bring 4 - 5 coolers with ice, set up/tend bar/cleanup on March 15 from 4:30pm - 9:00pm)
Poster session and meeting cleanup on March 15 from 8:00 - 9:00pm.
Take down poster frames and cleanup on March 16 from 4:00 - 5:00pm.
Transport poster frames from FIU-BBC to FIU-MMC.
Coordinate student poster contest
