Students/Staff:
Load poster frames on March 14
Transport frames from FIU to Fairchild by 7:40am on March 17
Set up poster frames on March 17 from 7:45 - 8:45am
Make snack arrangements for the poster session
(Order/purchase snacks*, set up snacks on March 17 from 4:30 - 5:00pm)
*Receipts will be submitted for reimbursement
Bar setup and bartender duties
(Bring 4 - 5 coolers from FIU with ice, set up/tend bar/cleanup on March 18 from 4:30pm - 9:00pm)
Poster session and meeting cleanup on March 17 from 8:00 - 9:00pm
Take down poster frames and cleanup on March 18 from 4:00 - 5:00pm
Transport poster frames from Fairchild to FIU on March 19
Coordinate student poster contest
